Karl Norris is a highly accomplished technology executive, cybersecurity strategist, and U.S. Air Force veteran with decades of experience in cyber defense, digital forensics, information security, and enterprise technology. As a former U.S. Air Force Cryptologist, Karl held an elevated Top Secret Security Clearance and was honorably discharged as a service-disabled veteran, bringing military-grade intelligence, operational discipline, and strategic leadership to every organization he serves.

Throughout his distinguished career, Karl has founded and led several successful technology companies, including DUOLARK LLC, where he serves as CEO and Co-Founder. He has also held leadership positions with industry-leading organizations such as Great Plains Software (now Microsoft 365 Business), Check Point Software, The MAX Group, and 21BizTech, specializing in cybersecurity, enterprise software, compliance, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.

Karl is the creator of MED-DETECT, an advanced AI-powered digital forensic and auditing platform designed to identify compromised, inaccurate, and untrustworthy data within electronic systems. His expertise in artificial intelligence, digital investigations, blockchain technologies, and cyber risk management has helped organizations strengthen security, improve compliance, and protect critical digital assets.
